Decrypt Media Inc, a next-gen media house, is elated to announce the launch of the first loyal program for degens, 1000x.

Notably, the program offers two membership tiers, namely the shark tier and the whale tier. Each tier offers members different perks, including discounts and preferred rates at partners like PokerGo, Action Network Rotowire, and Stake.com. Members will also have access to exclusive events such as poker tournaments and access to 1000x community Discord, with Whale members having guaranteed entry into exclusive tournaments at the 2024 WSOP Main Event.  The Shark Tier will be capped at 10,000 memberships, while the Whale Tier will be capped at 1,000 memberships. 1000x is scheduled to go live in mid-October. However, currently, it is available to Friends, family, and trusted degens.

The announcement follows the recent launch of Degen Alley, an expansion of Decrypt Media’s editorial coverage seeking to venture into new and barely explored corners of the crypto space.  Reportedly, Degen Alley embraces the ‘degenerate’ side of gambling and crypto communities, providing a platform for users seeking to live on the edge. Degen Alley is also home to a podcast, “This Time Will Be Different,” hosted by Reza Jafery. The podcast focuses on guest from the degen side of the crypto space, covering their origin stories and the problems that wake them up in the morning.  As a talk show counterpart to Degen Alley, Time Will Be Different has featured many guests, including Amanda Cassatt, Martin Shkreli, and Alle Eve.

The Degen Alley is a hub with many additional features, including an AI-powered news explorer, unique content, and Degen U. This learning avenue provides educational content to help degen members. The first course at Degen U is Mastering NFT Trading, created to help traders understand, identify, and seize trends at the right moment while also learning how to weed out scams.
